Your task stays in this browser. The current demo does not send it to an AI service.
01Joining the email waitlist
Joining the waitlist is optional. If you submit the signup form and agree to receive updates, we store your email address, signup time, the wording of your consent, and the policy version in a server-side database. We use this information to maintain the waitlist and contact you about AI for Pal early access and launch updates.
The signup form sends your email to this website’s server. This is separate from the demo: your demo prompts are not included in the signup request. Repeat signups are kept as a single entry. The form’s success message confirms that the signup was saved; it does not mean a confirmation email was sent.
We rely on your consent for early-access and launch emails. You can withdraw that consent by asking the operator to remove your address using the contact details below. We retain the signup while the waitlist is active or until you ask to leave, unless a limited record is needed to meet a legal obligation. We do not sell waitlist addresses or use them for unrelated advertising.
The current signup feature stores the list but does not connect to an email delivery provider or send automated messages. Before invitations are sent through a provider, we will identify the relevant processing here and provide a way to opt out in those messages.
02What this policy covers
This policy describes the current AI for Pal website and interactive concept demo. It does not describe a future connected AI service. The current demo has no sign-in, payments, file uploads, or connections to your email or calendar.
03What happens to your input
The text you enter and the draft displayed in the demo are processed in your browser. The demo uses sample responses and local templates; it does not send your prompts to an AI provider or to an application backend.
The app keeps your input and results in page memory. It does not save them to a database, cookies, or browser local storage. Use “clear task” to remove the current input and result from the page. Leaving or reloading the page also resets the demo, although your browser may restore a previous page from its own history or cache.
Use example or non-sensitive information. Avoid entering passwords, confidential work material, or personal information you do not need for the preview.
04Copying and downloading drafts
“Copy draft” writes the displayed draft to your device’s clipboard when you request it. “Download draft” saves a text file on your device. AI for Pal does not upload either copy.
Clipboard history, synced clipboards, downloaded files, and browser caches are controlled by your device and browser. Clearing the task on this page does not delete copies you have already made.
05Website delivery and technical data
Your browser must send ordinary connection information to the server that delivers this website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time. Depending on where the site is hosted, the hosting service may keep access or security logs to deliver the site, diagnose problems, and protect it against abuse.
The application does not add analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party font services. Fonts and decorative assets are served with the site. Hosting log settings and retention depend on the deployment; this policy does not promise that a hosting provider keeps no logs.
08Your choices and privacy requests
You can explore the site without entering any task text. You can clear the current task, close the page, and manage downloads, clipboard contents, browser history, and cached data through your device settings.
Depending on applicable law and the information actually held, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, or to object to processing. You may also raise concerns with your local data protection authority. The operator may need enough information to identify the relevant request; we cannot retrieve demo text that was never sent to us.
09Changes to this policy
If AI for Pal adds accounts, live AI, analytics, payments, or connected tools, this policy will need to describe that processing before those features are introduced. The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes will be explained on the site.
